We bought a seven-foot hot tub from Secard Pools & Spa about a year ago. Our salesperson was Laura Roa. She asked us what features we wanted in a hot tub and helped us find a good match, and she continues to provide personalized service for us. Secard has several dozen models on the display floor to choose from. Secard sub-contracts with a delivery service. They brought the hot tub directly into our back yard and put it where we wanted it. We also bought a hot tub cover with a “lifter.” I highly recommend both. The cover is needed in this dry dusty SoCall climate, and the lifter turns opening the cover into a one-person job. The only thing I’m not happy with is the drain hose. It is behind a panel on the front side of the tub, which requires the removal of twelve screws to access it. Reattaching the panel is a two-person job. I am considering drilling a hole through a side panel and permanently threading the drain hose through it. This is not Secard’s fault. It’s just a design glitch that we hadn’t considered, otherwise there have been no problems and we’ve been very happy with the tub as well as Secard’s continued service. We recommend Secard for anyone in the market for a hot tub.

It seemed like everyone was in the market for a spa and the backlogs were long. Secard helped us pick the right spa for us and put in the order. We waited over nine months (which gave us plenty of time to prep electrical and foundation) but finally got our SwimSpa and we love it. Secard was great and I highly recommend them if you need help finding a great spa solution.

I wanted to to share my experience at Secard Pools and Spas today. I receiced outstanding customer service from Gloria at the Rancho Cucamonga store! She went above and beyond in locating a spa for our family. I would highly recommend Gloria and her team for any spa/pool related purchase. She is truly a pro in every way. What can I say? Finally got my spa delivered and set up! We just started using it and getting use to it. Whole family loves it! The experience on selecting it and plenty of models to choose from has been positive. Gloria Linares did a great job on assisting me throughout the process. One negative thing I’ll mention is the amount of time it took to get it delivered. It took about 6 months due to Covid 19. The production halted but no blame or fault by Secard Pools. Gloria tried her best and communicated about the situation. Delivery coordination with Gloria and Chris was great too. Well now its time to figure out and learn the water chemicals to maintain a good PH balances and all other things to keep this spa in great condition.
