Beyond Customer Service Greatness

I just wanted to take the time to mention what a wonderful establishment and location of this particular Secard Pools. My family and I have always wanted a pool and we were in the market and actually window shopping with no intent to purchase a pool because we thought we couldn’t have afforded one however Vince, Rick and Ricardo, educated us on the bright side of the pool pricing and it was actually very affordable. I joked with Vince how he could sell me air to breathe however all jokes aside, this crew is simply amazing and cared beyond any sale and amount. We spent 3 hours chatting it up and I must say their rapport was refreshing and full of customer service excellence. I couldn’t have been happier buying from them and we went to other locations and competitors prior to Secard Pools Menifee. Needless to say we have been back to the store at least 5 times to buy all our maintenance products with a smile and we absolutely love our pool. All the guys know me by my name and they adore our whole family just like we adore them. Thank You again Vince, Ricardo and Rick.

I have had nothing but AMAZING customer service at Secard. They NEVER try and push a product.They sold me only the products I needed to fix my pool. Every time I go in there they remember me and ask me how the pool looks. Super awesome service with OUTSTANDING prices!!! Thank you Secard for giving us such great service and somewhere to go!!!

These people are awesome and have the great knowledge of thier equipment and supplies from where I get all my stuff for my above ground pool and would recommend them to everyone.

Greg and Kate are incredible! They are very friendly, patient and extremely helpful! I have NO clue how to take care of my in-ground vinyl pool and they patiently walked me through it. They didn’t try to sell me on chemicals I didn’t need and really care that I have a great pool to enjoy! I won’t go anywhere else for products or advice.They know their stuff!

I was one of four customers in a matter of an hour that the OTHER chain store had told to drain my pool. When I went to Secard Kate and the gentleman told me that was not necessary. They asked what was wrong and then sold me only the products I needed to fix my pool. I was able to get it where it needed to be within 4 days. Every time I go in there they remember me and ask me how the pool looks. Super awesome service with OUTSTANDING prices!!! Thank you Secard for giving us such great service and somewhere to go!!!


Do not use seacard!

Hello .. I am currently doing my vinyl pool and am unhappy with the work on it. We have contacted harmony and Kate and the construction manager, Brian ,but it appears that they do not care to rectify the issue. We also are being charged for undisclosed fees of $500 for bonding? Why wasn’t I informed of this ? I am sure this is not the 1st pool done at seacard. How is that you do not know to disclose this fees? Also why would they splice the light wires? Are they incompetent and can not measure correctly? I am displeased with how the pool equipment was placed.if you are considering using seacard.. I would really reconsider. They nickel and dime you for everything! Like $1000 to haul away dirt and $1500 to do the electrical and $1000 for permits which only cost $340 at our city. We did our electrical for half the cost and will haul the dirt for a third of the cost.

Great service and great deal. We bought a display model and they had it ready way before what we were told. We were given a great deal and they are a company of their word. Will do business again with them.
