Joel and Michael were wonderful! They arrived on time and very efficient on taking our gate off to get the spa into our backyard. They were very patient with us while placing the spa in just the right spot, even though we had to move and rotate it twice. They explained how to use the chemicals and even put the gate back on and cleaned up.
Rachel, Laura, and Erica all worked happily with us in helping to pick out our spa!
I just had my gazebo and spa installed. Jesus, Charles and Gregory did a phenomenal job. Not only did they got here early, they really took their time to make sure that the gazebo got installed perfectly. I couldn\’t ask for more. These guys also made sure that they go over the features of the spa and the spa chemicals that Seacard Pools provided. As a first time spa owner, it meant a lot. I felt that they made sure that I was satisfied and any of my questions answered. What a great team! To Eddie, Antonio, Rachel, Jesus, Charles and Gregory . . . thank you. You have made this journey easy and seamless. It was well worth it. See you guys next year at the L.A. County Fair.

Courteous, efficient and creative.
Luis, Carlos and Jesus did a great job installing the spa on our lower deck. Courteous, efficient and creative. They had to improvise slide the spa from the blacktop access road to the driveway below to the wood chips “lawn” and to raise the spa two steps to the deck landing. They were always positive about being able to find a solution and they did. We very much appreciate their hard work!

After 10 years it was time to replace our 8×10 spa, we went to Secard Pools in Rancho and was able to see various manufacturers represented. We were not pressured had a lot of questions answered. The transaction went seamlessly and our spa arrived 3 weeks later. They hauled off the old spa for a minimal charge.
Very pleased with the experience, even had a scratch taken care of by their fiberglass guy.

What a blessing it was to have Secard Pools build my very first pool! I had a flawless experience working with Aaron (Salesman) and all of the field crews. Everyone was professional and explained the whole process from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend Secard Pools to anyone that is considering putting in a pool. Sad, frustrated and infuriated
The only bright spot in our experience was dealing with Aaron who does what he says he is going to do, other that that this group is a joke, having been in the construction field for over thirty years I cannot understand how these cowboys are still in business! We purchased our pool back in 1999 and have enjoyed it every year up until this when our liner needed replacement, we also decided to do some upgrades at the same time, (Wrong Decision). Some of Secards employees decided to send my concrete contractor home and told him he was going to do the concrete (not true) !! This same employee also told my wife not to do certain things associated with cleaning up the old ladder as he would come back and personally make it look new (nothing done). After so called completion the crew left with equipment leaking badly, multiple poorly finished items, our punch list had over 15 items on it, plus we were overcharged! Construction Manager Brian wouldn’t call me to discuss repairs and poor installation. Never use these clowns, you will be sorry like we are.
