Long time customer Disheartened over new pool issue
I’m sure for some, Secard pools is a great place to go for pool needs, that is if you already have a pool in place and it is in ground. For my Husband and I, we have had a different experience. We had an old above ground pool that was metal sided, secard was great to get a new liner & all our pool supplies. This year our experience took a turn for the worst in less than 24 hours. We saved up & purchased a new pool (soft sided as we were told they were more durable & won’t puncture). What a load of bull… We finally got the ground graded, put 2″ or sand down with 2 feet extra around the pool for good measure, a large tarp over that, 2 layers of what they call happy bottom and we were excited to get the pool up. We prepped so well, got the pool up in a timely manner & started filling the pool only to find there was a small hole in the liner about 1′ above the ground. We then started looking around the pool & found there were some “blemishes” on the outside wall. We contacted the person who sold us the pool, sent photos and asked for some help to only be told to patch it. Really? Patch a hole in a pool that we just purchased less than 24 hours earlier & was up less than 6 hours? Very upsetting. Even more upsetting was being accused of it happening during install- all metal parts attach at the top, not 1′ above the ground. We feel so swindled, disheartened over what we thought was a great investment and excited to enjoy this summer (especially our son).
All we want is someone to step up with good customer service & compassion and be willing to replace a liner that is clearly defective

I was not looking forward to finding a replacement liner for my pool a few months ago. When I meet with Bob Cannon, he was very professional and honest on what needed to be done. I received several quotes from different vendors and Seacard was NOT the cheapest. I decided to go with Seacard because they are well known in the industry as a solid brand. I was not disappointed as Bob and the crew under promised and over delivered!! My new pool liner looks awesome and I know I can call Bob or Steve if there is any problems in the future. I would recommend them to anyone!
We’ve owned a Secard Pool for five years. After five years a pipe was accidentally cracked. I called Brian Anderson the construction manager at Secard Pools and asked for help. He asked for a picture of the damaged piece. I sent him pics and within 2 days he arranged for a technician to come out and repair the damage as a courtesy with no charge. Unbelievable! Thank you so much Brian. The customer service was AWESOME! The technician was prompt and courteous. Thanks again Brian.

I learned all the stories from online reviews and friends about pool contractors and that this industry was considered the worst and most difficult to deal with.
After we talked to Bob and Steve, we felt very confident to give our pool liner replacement to Secard. The crew was very professional and polite. They did their best to accommodate our schedule, and they were very detailed with what they were doing. We cannot say enough good things about Bob throughout this entire process. He constantly contacted with us to make sure everything is OK. Whenever we needed Bob, he was there.
Steve’s service was excellent. He came to help us turn the filter back on and explained us how to take care the liner pool after the replacement was completed.
It was a great experience to work with Secard because the entire team was so trustworthy. We definitely recommend Secard to anyone who needs liner pool construction.

Pool purchase to completion
My wife and I wanted a liner pool so we did some research and at the LA county fair we saw Secard’s display pool. It was just what we were looking for. The salesman at the fair (Aaron}
was very helpful and educated us on the important issues of pool ownership.
Aaron’s extra effort let us make smart selections for the pool equipment, size of pool and the options.
As most people know, going threw the building and installation process of a home improvement can be very trying but Secard made the process much better than the other improvements we have done in the past. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result.

I panicked about my pool but most of all when I called you folks were calm, cool, collective, and came and handled it! I bought this pool for my kids and they love it! I love working with the folks at Secard Pools. They are always on top of their game, they respond quickly to requests and always seem to have the materials we need. When we need materials for those special jobs, we call Secard Pools first. Thanks for all of help. You folks are awesome!!!
Heroes in my book!
On Friday, June 7, 2013 I had an emergency and needed help quickly. I had accidentally locked my keys in my car along with my purse (and of course cell phone). I began calling out for help. Jeff and Macario were installing a pool at my neighbors and heard my call. They got in touch with Onstar for me and let me use their cell phone. Both stayed with me until my car was unlocked. I’m not even a customer (yet), but if Secard Pools hires this type of people, well, keep up the good work!
