We bought our spa last year from Secard and wow what a great investment. It was all my husbands idea and I really didn’t even want the thing but I’m sure glad he talked me into it. The service was great from the beginning and delivery was fast! The sales guy was very knowledgeable and wasn’t real pushy like most places. We shopped around for a better price but they were the best deal in town. We’ve used it at least 3 times a week since we got it and had no problems. I definitely recommend Secard spas!

feel that I need to take the time to thank Lisa in the Montclair store for her excellent customer service. From the moment we walked into the store, Lisa was friendly, honest, courteous, and happy. Its so refreshing to feel so welcome in a store. After answering all our questions about the different types of spas, we made our decision and Lisa walked us through the entire process as if we were one of her friends. Lisa called us to check in to see if our spa was delivered, and even give us her cell phone if we had any questions. As it happened, we did encounter a problem with the new spa, and when we called Lisa- she quickly addressed the issue and solved our issue. For some reason, the spa was not heating and we could not figure it out. Lisa talked to her spa technician and called us back with a quick solution. Her customer service is flawless. I look forward to returning to the store and seeing her again. Thanks, Lisa!

Cedric was very helpful. He gave me advice on how to keep my pool clean and maintained. I found the items available at a really good price.
Problem with pool liner stain. Stain treated by Secard employee.
My pool liner developed copper staining during the second season. I discussed the problem with Secard. A Secard employee came to my house, with chemicals, several times and treated the stain for multiple weeks AT NO CHARGE.
These people are very professional and really care about their customer\’s satisfaction.
I will be their customer for a long time.
Worst Customer Service
Secard Pools has quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a spa. I was scheduled to be delivered yesterday at 3pm. Two guys with one dolly show up to deliver an 8 x 8 spa. So, they recruit my husband to help, who not only ends up doing most of the work, but also turns into their errand boy — fetching them his own dolly, soap and water, plywood, etc. A hour and a half later, the spa is in the backyard. They unwrap it to find that it is the wrong spa. I am irritated at this point about the delivery method (2 guys…really?!) and incorrect spa, but hey, mistakes happen. It gets better (worse)….After several phone calls, they attempt to deliver the correct spa. This time, upon my insistence (and to my regret), my husband does not help. As they are attempting to put the second spa into the backyard (while the incorrect one is inexplicably still back there), they hit the gas main on the side of our house breaking it below the shut off valve. The fire department is called as is the police department. Our street is closed off and nearly evacuated (so I am told by the fire Captain) because gas is pouring out at an incredible rate. For the next 5 hours, a gas crew digs up the side of our house. I could not cook dinner because I had no gas. I could not take a hot shower because I had no gas. The fire department first arrived around 5pm. They took additional readings at 9pm and still found high levels of gas in several bedrooms of our home. The gas crew did not leave until 10pm. Someone from Secard called me this morning telling me a manager would call me this afternoon. A full 24 hours after wreaking havoc upon my home, a manger from Secard finally calls (Bob). Meanwhile, the incorrect spa still sits in my backyard. Bob wants to offer me a $170.00 accessory that I don’t want to make up for (1) using my husband as a laborer for an hour and half; (2) sending me the wrong product then arguing with me about whether it was indeed the wrong product; (3) taking me away from my work which I have a considerable amount of; (4) shutting down my neighborhood, endangering me and my neighbors and pissing all my neighbors off; AND (5) filling my house full of noxious gas. It is now after hours, so of course, I cannot get a hold of Bob to tell him what I think of his offer. But, I think you catch my drift…
